You can extend your safety gate by placing the available extensions on either or both sides (sold separately). The configuration for each safety gate is indicated on the packaging or in the instruction manual – read it carefully.
SAFETY GATE EXTENSION: this 14cm baby gate extension is compatible with the Safety 1st Easy Close, SecureTech, Auto Close and Flat Step gates and allows you to extend the width
QUICK & EASY INSTALLATION: seamlessly push the extension into the side of the child gate for smooth installation that requires no drilling – you can add the extension on one side or both sides
COMBINING EXTENSIONS: you can combine the available Easy Close Metal extensions (7cm, 14cm and 28cm) on either or both sides to fit the above mentioned safety gates to large openings
ASSEMBLY ON STAIRS: if you want to install the child safety gate on a round stair gate railing, we recommend purchasing the appropriate Safety 1st Y-Spindle adapters (sold separately)
